The group supports people living with arthritis, we also run online Arthritis Action Groups including groups for the East of England and evening groups. We know that all the changes in people’s lives this past year have made managing arthritis more challenging and our groups are a great place for people to meet others with the condition, share experiences and learn about self-management. Contact us directly for details and ‘How to’ guides to get onto zoom and meet others.
